Living Libations products are ordered from the supplier after you place your order. They are delivered to MAHA KALI JAYA first, then shipped onward to you. All orders are shipped; pickup is not available.
International delivery is planned. Available destinations, shipping options, costs, and estimated dispatch times will be confirmed before online ordering opens. Ordering is not yet available.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our collection includes personal-care and consumable products, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Product-specific return conditions will be communicated clearly before purchase.
Order cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate requests before processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items: Please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Change of mind: Returns for unwanted products are subject to the return conditions displayed at checkout and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
Refund processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may depend on your payment provider.
